Groupe EG3 is a family firm of builders based in Avignon and Boulbon, working throughout the Alpilles, the Luberon, the Comtat Venaissin, the Uzès area and the Golden Triangle of Provence. We restore old stone houses — mas, bastides and village houses — and we build new, in classic and contemporary styles alike.

Before you sign, we come and look at the house with you — the first visit is free. On request, we can provide a written builder's survey.

Every trade is under one roof. Masonry, roofing, floors, interiors and outdoor works are all carried out by the same firm, under a single contract and a single ten-year builder's guarantee.
